Matt Damon has established himself as a major film star over the last 10 years or so. For many of his movies his physique has played a major part whether it be to lose 40 pounds (18 kg) in 100 days for the movie Courage under fire, get in great condition to play the super spy Jason Bourne or to pack on muscle in the film Invictus where he played the former South African Rugby captain François Pienaar.
