Ab workouts for women for a flatter and sexier stomach

I have been spending a bit of time in the gym recently both working and of course staying lean. Now what I have noticed is that many of the ladies that use gym have actually no idea when it comes to working the abs. I either see them on the Ab rocker, sat on the ab machine or doing countless side crunches or leg lowers and I think is about time to step in and offer some different ab workouts for women that don't involve crunches or some ineffective and frankly dangerous ab machine. (To be honest

Guest Post - 5 Ways to Get in Shape On a Budget

In these times when money is a little tight there is still no excuse to not stay in shape. In fact when I am feeling the pinch in monetary terms I often get even more into my fitness than ever before. This is because it makes me feel good and keeps me positive plus when I am looking and feeling my best I don't really need much else and the need for shiny new things and expensive treats really don't seem as important. 2 Arm Toning Workouts for Women - Get Michelle Obama Arms

So I was reading today that Michelle Obama was heading up a health campaign for Disney in the US. Basically she is trying to tackle child obesity in the USA and is involved in a ad for Disney which is trying to promote healthy eating and more exercise for young children. I think this is a worthy and important cause and one that needs to be given a lot of priority because if this is not tackled soon not just in the US but all over the western world we have got a massive health timebomb waitin

Exercise Ball Ab Workouts for "Killer Abs"

A clip of Christian Bale in American Psycho. He got in great shape for this role and I am sure he inspired a lot of guys to do the same. Loved the book but wasn't overly impressed with the film although there are some good scenes.
I don't train my abs directly that often any more except when I am stripping down for the summer and want to sharpen them up for better definition. I normally just do a lot of isolation work or some suspension training ab exercises. I also like to throw in the odd e

Start doing circuit training exercises to lose belly fat Or Else.....

If you read through a lot of the articles on the site you will notice that I am not a big fan of doing steady state cardio when it comes to fat loss. I don't think it is a waste of time and I still enjoy going for a long jog or bike ride when I am in the mood. However when it comes to losing fat I have the best and quickest results using cardio interval workouts and circuit training exercises where the there is more intensity involved.

Circuit training is probably considered a more "old schoo
